Hi, I'm Rachel,

And I'm dedicated to helping you manifest your dream life. My passion, commitment and devotion is to help women just like you create any life you want and to live this with an abundance of happiness and limitless potential.

As a trained mindset and subconscious reprogramming Coach with years of experience of supporting people to grow and unlock their limitless potential I am committed to guiding you through your unique path of self-discovery and transformation.

I've been there and know exactly how you are feeling and the frustrations you are experiencing. That is why I took my life into my own hands and totally changed it around.

I'm now living the life of my dreams, have cut through what felt like an elastic band that was forever pinging me back to my old unhelpful habits and limitations that just kept reinforcing my lack of self belief, feeling of worthlessness and not enoughness and that consistent devil in me of lack of self confidence.

I always knew there was something more inside of me near bursting to come out but found myself in a constant battle with negative and restrictive programming inside my head.

Training to become a mindset and subconscious reprogramming Coach and then using all of these tools and techniques on myself really was the best thing I have ever done and I now want to share everything I have learnt to help as many women as I can to step into their most amazing lives.

From my specialist training in subconscious reprogramming and energy work to my own personal experiences, I am well equipped to guide you through your incredibly unique path of self-discovery and transformation in helping you manifest your most magnificent life.
