Where other leadership development programmes tend to focus on developing only the outward skills like communication, goal setting, strategy, planning and organising, team building etc this programme focuses on making the inner changes required in BEcoming a modern day transformational leader. It is then through the BEing that the DOING becomes a lot more powerful and where any skills-based development really comes into its own.

There is incredible power in the mix of both the inner and the outer work but the outer work will never be as effective if the person isn’t BEing the leader they need to be to make the DOING successful.

Whilst initial focus of this Programme is on the inner growth and development required for transformational leadership it is also important that the more traditional areas of leadership are also developed. Personalised Transformational Coaching

In addition to lifetime access to the above training modules six one to one personalised coaching sessions will be conducted between myself and the leader.

Following instant access to modules one and two on sign up arrangements will be made to book in bi weekly coaching sessions covering a 12 week period.

There is a requirement that the leader completes modules one and two first in order that they can then complete a critical exercise – Identifying The Plan For Closing The Gap.  This will include an exercise called The Wheel of Leadership and the requirement to answer a number of powerful coaching questions.   This will help to identify deep insights into the specific areas of leadership development and where to focus the personalised coaching sessions to create the growth and development required to start the personalised transformational leadership growth journey.

Whilst the core of the programme is centred around the inner growth and development of the leader it is still important to learn the leadership skills and capabilities to be transformational and for this reason every individual who signs up to the Programme will also get 3 months complementary access to our Ultimate Leadership Hub (ULH) which holds numerous training and coaching recordings on all areas of leadership, management and HR development  When complimentary access concludes there is an option to continue with access rights by signing up to the monthly ULH membership.
